Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort - Day-use fee or pay-per-soak in Port Angeles, WA (2026)
Inside Olympic National Park, Sol Duc pairs rainforest cabins and hikes to the namesake falls with family-friendly soaking decks.

Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort sits inside Olympic National Park, on the Sol Duc River in the rainforest of Washington's Olympic Peninsula — about 90 minutes from Port Angeles and the only developed hot-springs operation inside an NPS unit in the Pacific Northwest. Three mineral pools at varying temperatures (98-106°F) plus a freshwater lap pool, family-friendly, with rainforest cabin lodging and a small dining room. The property closes from mid-October through late March because of road conditions and winter staffing, making it a late-spring through fall destination only. Park entry fee applies in addition to the soak fee.
What to expect
Drive into Olympic National Park (entry fee $30/vehicle, separate from the soak). Continue on Sol Duc Road to the resort (the road dead-ends at the resort and the trailheads beyond). $20 day soak. Three mineral pools plus the freshwater lap pool. Cabins from $250+ (basic but rainforest-views), restaurant on-site. Pair with the 1-mile hike to Sol Duc Falls (the marquee Olympic waterfall) and the Lover's Lane loop. Pacific salmon spawn in the Sol Duc River in fall — visible from the river trail.
